We almost never use the 1 business day handling time and try to get all items to you within 3-4 days inside the contiguous 48 states. Although we will attempt to get your packages to you within 3-4 days after payment, we cannot guarantee this once the package leaves our possession. On rare occasions carriers can lose packages and this may delay shipping. Rural areas & adverse weather conditions may also delay shipping. Orders originating outside the US or not a part of the contiguous 48 states may take a little longer to get to you. Overseas shipping is recommended using the eBay International Shipping Program so you can be protected by eBay's Money Back Guarantee if the package should be lost in transit. We will offer 30-Day returns on most of our items and refunds will be to original payment method. It is our goal to make sure you get what we advertised in our images and listings. Some used items or items listed as 'Parts Not Working' may not come with a return policy but we are always willing to work with our customers.
